- On 26 Sep 1749 sold 200 acres on the North side of the South Anna River, on both sides of Chamberlain's Creek, part of that purchased from Michael HOLLAND, to Ashby JOHNSON.
- On 26 Sep 1749 sold 208 acres on the North side of the South Anna River, part of that purchased from Michael HOLLAND, to James BUNCH.
- On 23 Sep 1754 sold 400 acres, the remainder of that purchased from Michael HOLLAND, to David ANDERSON.
