1800 - Clermont County was formed from a portion of Hamilton County, _______________________

1803 - On 1 March, Ohio became the 17th state in the United States of America.

1805 - Highland County received land from Clermont County, Ross County and Adams County.

1818 - Brown County was formed from portions of Clermont County and Adams County, creating Clermont County's present day boundries.
