  • Notes  Land:
    • On 16 September 1800 Thomas and Sarah sold part of this land for £285 to Bazil TOLBERT. (Deed Book 2, p 371)
    • They sold 80 acres of this land to Samuel HOWARD on 22 September 1807, 430 acres to Robert ELY on 26 February 1811, and 236 acres to Job CRABTREE and William YEARY on 25 February 1812.
    • After Thomas' death, a deed transferring half of his 115 acres on Cane Creek and his estate to each of his two sons, Archibald H. and John, was recorded in Deed Book 7, p 45, on 2 October 1825.
